Admission of a new partner
Catherine Nommick who joined Soulier in 2001 after eight years as in-house counsel within the Legal and Tax Department of CCF-HSBC in Paris has become a partner, effective as of January 1, 2008.
Catherine assists mainly an international clientele comprising first-rank banks, industrial groups and commercial corporations in connection with financing transactions (notably syndicated loans, real estate financing, creation of pledges and other collaterals), acquisitions of companies as well as business and commercial matters.
