AGC Glass Europe acquires Groupe David

Jean-Luc Soulier and Catherine Nommick assisted AGC France SAS, a subsidiary of the leading European glass manufacturer AGC Glass Europe, in connection with the acquisition of Groupe David that comprises two companies, David Miroiterie Caen and David Services, specialized in glass processing activities.
