Subject: The bill of law n° 6518 lodged before the Luxembourg parliament is about to introduce “criminal settlement” into the Luxembourg Code of Criminal Procedure. The overall objective of the bill is to create a new means to avoid lengthy criminal trials and unclog the courts.
