Catherine Nommick and Geoffroy Lacroix attended the World Law Group European Regional Conference that took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on September 10 and 11.
Catherine Nommick sat as member of a discussion panel that included lawyers from various European countries and provided a status report on the French legislation governing trade secrets during a session on the following topic: “The upcoming EU directive on the protection of trade secrets”.
