Global industrial group Trelleborg sells its Fluid Solutions business
Jean-Luc Soulier and Catherine Nommick assisted the global industrial group Trelleborg in connection with the divestment of its Fluid Solutions business unit that manufactures components for engine-cooling and air-supply solutions. This business unit has approximately 1,900 employees worldwide and conducts operations in France, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Turkey and Germany.
