Invitation to the next meeting of our Compliance Task force – How to prevent and mitigate reputational risk?

The next meeting of the Compliance Task Force created by the European American Chamber of Commerce Auvergne Rhone-Alps (EACC) in partnership with Soulier Avocats will be held on June 13, 2024 from 8:45am to 11am at the premises of Sunaero, a leading provider of aeronautical maintenance solutions, located in Genay (Rhône).

The theme of this session will be “How to prevent and mitigate reputational risk?

In today’s ever-expanding risk landscape, any business development strategy requires a reputational due diligence, inspired by the “Reputational and Integrity Due Diligence” (RIDD) practice in Anglosphere countries, in order to assess the reputation and honorability of, for example, a target or a potential business partner.

Laurent Delhalle, Senior Manager at Implid, will share his experience, professional practice and methodology in reputational due diligence and reputational risk mapping.

This discussion will be preceded by a presentation and tour of the Sunareo site by Mr. Thierry Regond, Sunareo’s VP Public Affairs Director at Sunaero and VP of the Lyon Commercial Court, and by a brief review of the latest developments in compliance by our Counsel Claire Filliatre, Member of the Compliance Committee of the Lyon Bar and Chair of the “Private Business Ethics” sub-committee.

Registration for this meeting is available via the following link: Registration page for the next session of the EACC Compliance Task Force.
