Our law firm obtained a favorable ruling from the Court of Appeals of Paris in a lawsuit between SA PSG Saint Germain Football and Hakan Yakin, an international Swiss soccer player. Mr. Yakin filed a lawsuit before the Labor Court of Paris for sudden termination of his employment agreement in the month of August 2003. André Soulier and Eric Hirsouxrepresented the PSG.
