Associate

Soulier Avocats, a business law firm with offices in Paris and Lyon, is seeking for its Lyon office a multi-disciplinary lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience in a law firm.

You will be working in a variety of legal areas, on advisory and litigation matters, including in commercial law, white collar crime, as well as domestic and international contracts.

As most of the firm’s clients are international groups, fluency in English is essential.

You are enthusiastic, rigorous and enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment.

You wish to work in an agile law firm with the opportunity to work closely with clients, to plead before courts and to discuss strategy with the firm’s partners and counsels.

Internship

Soulier Avocats offers internships all year round, in particular in its Paris and Lyon offices.

As such, we provide internships for trainee lawyers or students wishing to acquire professional experience in a law firm. 

Our interns usually work with all team members and provide assistance to the various Departments of the firm.
