Counsel specializing in Labor & Employment Law

Soulier Avocats is seeking for its Lyon office an experienced attorney (minimum 6 years in a law firm) specializing in labor and employment law, with expertise in both advisory and litigation matters.

In this role, you will work autonomously on the design and management of individual and collective labor relations, including drafting executive employment agreements and delegations of authority, and participating in legal due diligence in collaboration with the heads of the firm’s Corporate and M&A Department.

You are enthusiastic, detail-oriented and enjoy teamwork in an international-oriented working environment.

You have excellent English skills, and can work in this language on a daily basis.

You wish to work in an agile law firm that values close client relationships, encourages courtroom advocacy, and promotes strategic discussions with partners and fellow counsels.

Junior Associate in Corporate Law

Soulier Avocats is seeking for its Lyon office a junior lawyer in corporate and contract law with at least 2 years’ experience in a law firm.

You will work on the following matters: management of corporate secretarial works for a portfolio of companies comprising primarily subsidiaries of foreign groups, business creation, preparation of shareholders’ agreements, sales and acquisitions of companies and assets, private equity and acquisition of shareholding interests, corporate reorganizations, etc.

A strong interest in commercial law would be a plus.

You may also be involved in the drafting contracts for all industry sectors.

You are enthusiastic, rigorous and enjoy teamwork in an international-oriented working environment.

You have an excellent level of English and can work daily in this language.

You wish to work in an agile law firm with the opportunity to work closely with clients and to discuss strategy with the firm’s partners and counsels.

Internship

Soulier Avocats offers internships all year round, in particular in its Paris and Lyon offices.

As such, we provide internships for trainee lawyers or students wishing to acquire professional experience in a law firm. 

Our interns usually work with all team members and provide assistance to the various Departments of the firm.
