Receivership proceedings against Belvedere
In the much publicized Belvedere case, André Soulier and Flore Foyatier, counsels of one of the largest creditors of Belvedere, obtained on March 8, 2012 a favorable decision from the Court of Appeals of Nîmes that ruled that the Commercial Court of Nîmes lacked jurisdiction to administer and supervise receivership proceedings against Belvedere. Consequently, receivership proceedings were initiated against Belvedre before the Commercial Court of Dijon on March 20, 2012.
