The in-depth reform of the French civil procedure that will enter into force on January 1, 2020 brings about significant amendments to the procedural rules applicable before the various courts and will keep us lawyers very busy for a while! Florence focuses her practice on corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and international contracts. She assists a clientele comprising primarily international groups, French and foreign small and medium-sized companies, as well as entrepreneurs and business managers.
