As announced in our March 2008 e-newsletter, the acquisition of the worldwide operations of the US company MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets, a leading player in the area of Printing Blankets for the graphic industry, by the global industrial Group Trelleborg has been finalized. Part of the US group MacDermid Inc, MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets has production units in the US and France and employs approximately 400 employees, including about 270 in France.
