Catherine Nommick, Chems Idrissi and Jean-Pierre Chaux have assisted AMS, a company specialized in the trade and lease of medical devices and the supply of home care services, in connection with acquisition of Alternative, a provider of medical solutions specialized in intravenous therapy, enteral nutrition and insulin treatments.
