Jean-Luc Soulier attended a colloquium held at la Cité Internationale of Lyon on April 20, 2007 in connection with the bicentenary of the French Commercial Code. Invited by Mr. Philippe Grillot, President of the Lyon Commercial Court and President of the Association for the Bicentenary of the Commercial Code, Jean-Luc Soulier intervened in particular on the following theme “The future of commercial courts”.
